What You Need to Do (complete 1 of the following):

• Add a Phone Number: The simplest way to authenticate is by adding a phone number to your One Healthcare ID. It takes about 2 minutes. Click to sign in, enter your One Healthcare ID, and click "Manage My One Healthcare ID." Click continue, then enter your password, and add your phone number in the "Contact Information" section on that page. Click to verify your phone number.
• Create a Smart Key: This integrates with your computer's security (like Windows Hello). The password or PIN you use to access your computer can also be used for Optum applications.
• Download an Authenticator: Use an authenticator app on your phone to generate a login token for Optum applications.
